New Ability

Added new ability to the super speed super power. Level 2 and 3. 

At level 2 all super speed character will gain a massive boost to attack speed. 

At level 3 all speed character will gain the drive by attack. This is an attack each super speed character can do once per round. They will run at the enemy using superspeed and create a massive explosion.
